We provide consulting services to governments, businesses, non-profits, educational institutions, and other organizations, showing leaders how to honor the humanity of their human resources while also changing the systems that impact them.

What is Organizational Therapy?

Organizational therapy is a process where we increase the effectiveness of an organization by improving its well-being. This process occurs by applying various techniques from organizational psychology, psychotherapy, change management, human resource management, and more. These techniques enhance wellness in the organization, including improving individual and collective relationships and relationships between the organization and external entities. At JL Organizational Therapies, we have a unique approach to this work. We believe in an organization's ecosystem - that all parts are interdependent! The systems, conditions, and people all matter. So, when an ecosystem is not functioning at its best, you are left with client dissatisfaction, unproductive teams, limited leadership, ineffective processes, profit losses, and high employee turnover. Founder Janita Love has over 20 years of experience as an educator, equity specialist, change management specialist, coordinator, and organizational developer. She has effectively utilized relational trust, relationship building, theories of organizational change, and equity-grounded philosophies to propel human-centered organizational change and redesign the current landscape of corporate culture. Janita provides proven leadership in data collection and analysis, professional development, and change management, all with an equity lens. She has the experience and skills to engage and empower all learners in cultivating diverse and innovative strategies that result in organizational transformation
