Who We Are
Founder Janita Love is a native of Silver Spring, Maryland. Janita has passionately advocated for underserved and marginalized communities in her work. In her years of experience, Janita has the expertise and skill to propel social change and redesign the current landscape of organizational culture. All of that experience led her to launch JL Organizational Therapies in 2023.
Janita has over 20 years of experience driving equity, culture, climate, strategic planning, coaching, and professional training results. Her experience as an educator, equity specialist, change management specialist, coordinator, and organizational developer has helped her effectively utilize relational trust, relationship building, theories of organizational change, and equity-grounded philosophies to propel human-centered organizational change and redesign the current landscape of corporate culture.
She founded JL Organizational Therapies to provide leadership for mission-driven organizations in data collection and analysis, professional development, and change management, all with an equity lens.
She has the experience and skills to engage and empower all stakeholders in cultivating diverse and innovative strategies that result in organizational transformation - all while honoring the human perspective of those involved. We at JL Organizational Therapies drive systems change while centering the human experience.
